Nativity

These are not the true colours of this card, I am a rotten photographer, now I know that 6p.m. on the landing are neither the time or place to take photos! There should be lots of yellow  and blues in the background of the card, and it is lying on a white bedding box!
It seems ages since I have blogged, but I have been so busy doing non-crafty things- not fair. Still I think I have finished my Christmas shopping, I just have to check against my master list. Anyway, back to the card, I wont be able to enter any comps with this one, but it is a LOTV stamp and the papers are from my stash as are the peel offs. I am hoping to finish making my Christmas cards tomorrow evening and then write them out on Thursday, as Wednesday will be taken up by my volunteer work in school and grandson's nativity play in the evening. Well that's me done now, keep warm and safe and crafting!

Starry Night

This is my entry for:  http://crimbo-crackers.blogspot.co.uk/

This is the second time I have posted this, I lost my image the first time.

Nativity 2

The following Christmas cards are a selection for my grandchildren to make this weekend, so that they can make their own cards for their friends. I am hoping they will get a little production line going on the dining room table!

New home

Brrrh! A cold and frosty morning today, but  as I sit here eating my porridge and looking out, it makes my back garden look quite good as even the weeds look good with a touch of sparkle on them!  We all need a touch of Bling! I made this card for my friend Sarah, who moves on Saturday. The mask is from 'That Special Touch', and the dies are Spellbinder, the sentiment is from my stash. Well must get back to my porridge.

Red!

My entry for Anything but a Christmas card at :

http://oldiebutagoodiechallenge.blogspot.co.uk/

I made this card using my red scraps, it's not a colour I usually choose, but I set myself my own mini challenge to use whatever colour was first in my scrapfolder. The cherry one is  Dawn Bibby, check one I have had for about 5 years I got it in America, and the deep red I got from Create and Craft, all well over 6 months old. The stamp is LOTV. The ribbon is from a mini-pannetone that my daughter bought me a couple of weeks ago. I am giving this card to my friend Brenda whose birthday it is today. Can I say thank you and welcome to follower number 2! I will visit your blog later, I have tried but it is not as straightforward as I thought. Well a quick look round Blogland then time for a shower before church.

Snowflake Christmas

Whoops!  Don't know what happened but my first post of this disappeared, I probably deleted it when I was trying to enter it in a competition, I can't remember which comp either, it must be my age! Anyway here it is for the second time.
